Welcome, I’m Mary, your guide, licensed teacher of parents and children, fellow parent.


Today my work has expanded to families around the world.  My books are now available in ten languages.  I am grateful for your support.  Now I bring you my fourth and latest book Sleepless in America.  What I’ve discovered and wish to share with you is, the following:

  • Sound sleep is essential for good behavior.
  • You’re not alone. There are literally millions of parents who struggle with children in need of sleep and a schedule that doesn’t seem to allow it.
  • You are not powerless.  You can’t make your child sleep, but you can set the stage.
  • You can select strategies that are sensitive and responsive to your child and your family. 
  • Your entire family really can enjoy the delights of being well rested.
